Escrow (Domain Escrow)
A neutral third-party service that holds the buyer's payment until the domain has been transferred, protecting both sides.
Standard practice for any meaningful transaction: buyer funds escrow, seller transfers the domain, escrow releases payment on confirmation. Escrow.com is the industry default; some registrars and marketplaces operate equivalent rails.
