By using Godzilla DN you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have full capacity to enter into binding contracts, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

Godzilla DN is a marketplace that facilitates the discovery, valuation, and acquisition of internet domain names. We connect buyers and sellers; we do not ourselves own all listed domains and we are not the registrar.

Offers submitted through our forms are non-binding inquiries until both parties expressly agree in writing on price and transfer terms. Acceptance of an offer creates a contractual obligation to complete the transfer through the agreed escrow process.

All transactions are completed via a regulated third-party escrow service. Godzilla DN does not hold funds on its own behalf.

Godzilla DN charges a commission on successful sales as published on our pricing page. Listing a domain is free. Buyers are not charged any platform fee separately from the agreed sale price, except for any escrow service fees as disclosed at checkout.

You agree not to use Godzilla DN for any unlawful purpose, to submit false offers, to harass sellers, to scrape or abuse the platform, or to attempt to circumvent our offer and transfer flow.

The Godzilla DN brand, logo, software, and original content are owned by us. Listed domain names remain the property of their respective owners until a sale completes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of any specific listing. Domain valuations are estimates, not appraisals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godzilla DN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account or by a notice on the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of registration. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law.
